The Jinxuan Oolong Tea variety is grown at an altitude of 1,000 - 1,200 meters above sea level in the Greater Alishan Tea District of Chiayi County in Taiwan. The alpine enviroment with gravel soil condition grows supple and plump tea shoots. The hand-picked tea has an even more defined and distinct aroma of this variety. This sweet high-mountain tea presents sweeter yet gentle floral and milky aromas, and rich yet smooth taste.
