The Jinxuan Oolong tea variety is grown at an altitude of 1,000 - 1,200 meters above sea level in the Greater Alishan Tea District of Chiayi County, Taiwan. The alpine environment with gravel soil condition grows supple and plump tea shoots with a more defined aroma unique to this cultivar. The hand-picked high-mountain tea presents sweet, gentle floral and milky aromas, with rich yet smooth taste.
